1977年，於台北新莊成立初名『山鄉股份有限公司』，店面生產銷售桃酥及鮑魚穌傳統烘焙點心，並於同年引進港式手工煎製蛋捲的作法且提升其口感更勝於原始的蛋捲，並以「喜年來蛋捲』為名開始從事銷售。 近50年來，不惜成本使用最乾淨、純淨的成分，嚴遇品質做出每一口酥脆，給消費者最安心的飲食體驗。
